Organix renewing moroccan argan oil shampoo and conditioner.

I apologise for the lack of interesting background,
my photographic skills definitely weren't on top form that day...

I switch up my shampoo and conditioner most of the time. There are a few I like but I like to vary it, and because my hair is so damaged and dry they need to be good to work for my hair. Lately I have been using the Organix renewing moroccan argan oil shampoo and conditioner so I thought I'd let you all know my opinions on them.

I normally don't have favourites when it comes to shampoo because I find it hard to tell the outcome of using them, because I never shampoo my hair without conditioning after. There has been loads of hype in the past 18months about argan oil and moroccan oil so combining these into a shampoo and conditioner can only be a winning combo right? Yes that's definitely right. Being higher priced shampoo compared to your herbal essences and Timotei I opted for the travel size bottles first, which are an excellent way of trying them. The travel size bottles are 88.7ml and work just as well as the full size product which contains 385ml. So you get a decent amount for your money!

One of the great things about this duo is the scent, I really like it. I cannot stand horrible smelling hair products they put me right off using them. These have the typical shampoo and conditioner scent with a hint of citrus or floral I want to say. They definitely aren't as strong as the moroccan oil itself (review coming soon!)

They leave my hair feeling soft, shiny and smooth which not many products do these days. The shampoo claims to be Sulfate free surfactants which I'm not entirely sure what that means, but there we go for those who do. I'd repurchase these again definitely. I've also noticed so far they haven't altered the colour of my hair either, which I find some shampoo's do on my bleached hair.

If your in the market to try some new hair products I'd recommend this range, you can get the travel size for £1.99 or the full size for £6.99 each. They also do a hair oil which I plan on checking out very soon!

Get these products here. Haircare is also on buy one get one half price in Boots at the moment!

Have you tried these before? What did you think?

Maybelline the eraser (eye)- REVIEW.

After all of the hype I heard about this concealer when it was first launched in America, I placed it high on my hit list when it arrived in the Uk. Maybelline are definitely a drugstore company which i'm a big fan of. Their dream-lumi touch concealer is superb (review coming soon!), I love their mascara's and the vivid lipsticks they've recently released have grown on me too.

This on the other hand, hasn't amazed, astounded, or made me over the moon. Let's start with the packaging, it's nice enough and small enough for your handbag. My only issue is the lid, if you do keep it in your handbag you may end up with a concealer covered bag, I can not get the lid to stay on for longer than a few hours in my bag ( although my bag does get bit of a bashing I must say.)

The actual spongey bit on the top of the concealer is slightly scary for the hygiene freak inside me, but I can deal with it considering I only apply it under my eyes (and not on blemishes.) It takes ages to twist it the first time you open the product, just a heads up because I actually thought I'd broken mine, haha.

The concealer is light (almost pointless if you have dark circles) and transfers far too easily for me to enjoy using it. By the time I've applied it and blended it slightly you can barely tell a difference especially if I haven't had a lot of sleep. I must say it is refreshing to apply because it is a watery consistency. If you want something light, something good for summer then this is for you! If you need heavy coverage then I wouldn't bother purchasing this concealer. But overall I don't regret buying it, considering I've wanted to try it for ages! And it is good for minimal make up days. You can get it here.

(This is 2/3 layers, unblended.)
