Kleenex facial cloths- REVIEW.

Kleenex released this range a few months ago, but I'd never really been drawn towards it. Doing the weekly shopping I needed to pick up some more cotton wool and then I saw these on offer at 99p for 30 cloths so I thought I'd give 'em a go! They're basically a square of cotton, which feels a bit like a dried up baby wipe- not the nicest description i know.... hahaaa.

I was very surprised by these, in all honesty I didn't think they'd make much difference to my normal cotton wool, but I really like them. They're bigger than a normal cotton wool pad. There is only 30 in a pack but because of their size, I don't use half as many every time I take off my make up.

They can basically be used in any way cotton wool can be used- removing make-up, nail varnish etc. They also claim to 'cleanses skin better than cotton wool' which I'm not sure if that's 100% accurate or not, I can't really tell too much of a difference.

The packaging is cute and handy, it stores the cotton cloths neatly and they're easy to get out of the box. All in all I do like these and will definitely buy them again.

What do you think, stuck up cotton wool? or a new necessity? Cam xxxx

Two door cinema club concert.

A couple of weeks ago I went to see 'Two Door Cinema Club' live in Cardiff great hall. I must say now- It was one of the most insane gig's I have been to. I expected it to be quite chilled and calm, obviously a bit of dancing, but to my surprise the crowd were mad. I'd been in worse concerts, but you could say it was unexpected . A lady next to me tried to begin a 'mosh pit' which I didn't think would be the scene for the audience I expected to be at the gig- I was obviously wrong, and I have never been so close to the people around me. Never. Last year I went to an example gig which was pretty packed but this was worse. It was a sold out tour, I suppose but still. They were great live and really got the audience going. They didn't dissapoint at all! Tickets were between £20.00 and £27.00 originally whereas just before the concert they were selling on ebay for £80+ . Admittedly after seeing them live I have definitely become more of a fan. Me and my Best mate went to the gig. There wasn't a massive age range unlike some concerts. I'd say 80% where between 15-20.

I've added some photo's that I took below. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get many good ones due to being pushed back and forth haha.

The only thing that was annoying was the stupidly long wait between support acts. There was a huge 40 minute gap between bastille (the second support act) which were amazing! I'm hooked to their music at the moment! Bad blood and Pompeii are two of my fav's.
The first support act were pretty good but nothing major to shout about.

But all in all it was a great gig, I'd definitely buy tickets and go again! So much love for two door cinema club and Bastille! Haha!

Who's your favourite singer? Cam xxxx

Before 'Two Door Cinema Club' came on they had two support acts one of which was 'Bastille' who are growing a pretty big fanbase. I really enjoyed their performance- I'd actually say as much as 'Two Door Cinema Club'. I'd definitely consider seeing them again.

Have you seen them live? Who's your favourite band at the moment?

OOTN- Sister's birthday meal.

My little sister turned 13 on the 15th of February- So Happy Birthday Harriet! I can't believe she's a teenager. Anyway, we went to a restaurant called 'Red Hot' which I think is a chain business with a few restaurants. The food was good- definitely check it out if you know where there's one.

This is my sexy face ;) hahaaa,

Scarf- Primark- current season.
Green polka dot top- Tophop- current season.
American Apparel navy disco pants.
Primark purple hooded jacket- still available as far as I know.
Green jacket- Primark.
Bag- outlet shop.
Shoes- Jeffrey Campbell lita's in original black.
Jewellery- Thomas Sabo watch, vintage ring from mum.

I opted for my Jeffrey Campbell lita's again, even though it's an all you can eat and I knew i'd obviously have to walk around, the lita's are comfy and easy to walk in- perfect!

Queen Helene Mint julep masque- REVIEW.

So this is a bit of a re-discovery, it was massively hyped about at one point and has suddenly seemed to have disappeared. My skin goes through fases where it breaks out quite badly, and recently I started using this again! It is a face mask that literally smells like minty toothpaste. It's super refreshing and works well.
It claims to 'dry up acne pimples, rinse away blackheads and shrink pores' and as far as the dry up pimples and blackheads go I totally agree! I haven't noticed a huge difference in my pores but 2/3 isn't bad!

I basically take all of my make up off, put a pretty thick layer of this where I need it- normally my cheeks and chin and then let it dry for between 10-15 minutes and then wash it off with warm water. I then splash my face with cold water- it feels really nice and refreshing. The scent isn't over powering and doesn't linger on the skin. This also isn't tested on animals- yay! So out of 10 I give it 11. Hahha.

It does really leave your skin smooth and reduces the redness of spots definitely. Unfortunately I don't think you can buy this in the uk, I got mine from eBay. There are loads available on eBay so if you fancy trying it check there! And it's pretty affordable, I think it cost me around £7 including postage, and didn't take too long to arrive. Mine is the 2oz size but I'm sure you can get larger tubes.
I will most definitely be re-purchasing when I run out.

Have you tried this? Cam xxxx
